I am a barista and bartender from Mexico City, I really like what I do, I like to create new and interesting things, in this cocktail I was inspired by a typical dish from my country, the mole.
Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 15 Ml. Licor ancho reyes
- 15 Ml. Controy
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Prepare the espresso
- Put ice in the shaker
- Add licor 43, ancho reyes, controy and espresso.
- Shake
- Pour the mixture into an old fashion with ice
- Decorate with crushed cocoa
