I am a barista and bartender from Mexico City, I really like what I do, I like to create new and interesting things, in this cocktail I was inspired by a typical dish from my country, the mole.

Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 15 Ml. Licor ancho reyes
  • 15 Ml. Controy

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Prepare the espresso
  • Put ice in the shaker
  • Add licor 43, ancho reyes, controy and espresso.
  • Shake
  • Pour the mixture into an old fashion with ice
  • Decorate with crushed cocoa
Coffee Preparation
  • Espresso load
