I’m a bartender for a long time for now. And i like to create new flavors and combinations. I created this cocktail for let all people now’s the several possibility’s of using liquor 43 in cocktail

Ingredients

• 20 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 15 Ml. Marsala wine
• 15 Ml. Aperol
• 30 Ml. Hibiscus infusion
• 20 Ml. Cold Brew
• 1 Ml. Honey flower

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Add ice in a coupe glass just for chilled
• Add all the ingredients in a mixing glass
• Stir for about 10 seconds
• And strain to a chilled coupe glass
• Decorate with honey flower

Coffee Preparation

• Weigh the coffee and water (40g of coffee for a 240g of water. 1:6 proportion.
• Grind the coffee for a cold brew extraction
• Add the coffee and water in a bottle of glass
• Leave to infuse for 6 hours
• Then filter through a paper strainer
