Cocktail Inspiration

Espresso Martini with Whisky - cinnamon from my Last competition cocktail and a big inspiration ist Kevin Kos

Ingredients

• 20 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 20 Ml. Cinnamon syrup
• 50 Ml. Talisker 10 Whisky
• 40 Ml. Espresso
• 2 Dashes Chocolate bitters
• 2 Drops Saline solution

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Prechill your Shaker and glass
• Put all the ingredients in the shaker
• Shake for a couple of Seconds
• Strain in a Martini glass
• Put a pinch of cinnamon and sugar in top of the foam

Coffee Preparation

• Brew a simple normal shot of Espresso i used Dallmayr
