I am from a very small town, and am making my way in the city as a very passionate bar artist Licor 43 is one of my favorite ingredients in my bar – I am very excited to be able to create with it.

Ingredients

• 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 15 Ml. Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
• 15 Ml. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
• 10 Ml. Madhava Light Agave Syrup
• 30 Ml. Fresh Brewed Onyx Coffee Lab Monarch Espresso

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Add all ingredients to shaker tin
• Add six-seven ice cubes to tin and shake 25 times
• Double strain into chilled coupe glass
• Garnish with fresh twist of lemon
• Serve with a smile

Coffee Preparation

• Finely grind Onyx Coffee Lab Monarch espresso beans in coffee bean grinder
• Add ground espresso to portafilter and insert into espresso machine
• Add water to machine and brew delicious fresh espresso
