Cocktail Inspiration

Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 40 Ml. Rum Montilla Carta Blanca
  • 61 Ml. Liquid chocolate milk
  • 40 Ml. Espresso

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • In a martini glass, add 3 ice cubes and mix gently until chilled.
  • Then add Rum, hot espresso, liquid chocolate milk and Liquor 43 Original to the shaker with 1 ice cube and shake for 10 seconds.
  • Then drain the water from the ice in the martini glass and serve the cocktail with the help of a strainer.
  • Add two coffee seeds over the cocktail and serve it
Coffee Preparation
  • Applying a jet of hot water, with a pressure of 9 or more atmospheres
  • For 25 to 30 seconds through a pressed layer of 7 grams of ground coffee
