Got sucked into the world of tiki. Inspired me to create cocktails never done before. Combining my mexican roots and Infusing cultures into something drinkable.
Cocktail Inspiration
Licor 43 goes tiki
Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 50 Ml. 151 Hamilton overproof
- 15 Ml. Aperol
- 30 Ml. Espresso
- 15 Ml. Lime
- 90 Ml. Pineapple juice
- 15 Ml. Simple syrup
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Pour ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with large ice
- Shake violently for 5 seconds
- Strain into ceramic tiki mug filled with crushed ice
- Garnish with thin pineapple wheel, lime wheel and luxardo maraschino cherrie
- Sip and enjoy
Coffee Preparation
- Used 1tbsp instant espresso cafe bustelo
- Disolve in 30ml of water
- I dont have have an espresso machine. But if u can make real espresso this would taste infinitely better
