Well I work in a small hotel in Costa Rica, I love what i do, and i try my best to create memories in my costumers with my drinks.

Ingredients

• 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 50 Ml. Cold brew coffe
• 1 Dashes Cocoa bitters
• 45 Ml. Mango and caramel foam

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Pour ice into the glass
• Pour 43 liquor otiginal into the glass
• Pour the cold brew coffe gently into the glass
• Add 1 dash of cocoa bitters
• Top it up with the foam

Coffee Preparation

• Pour water over the coffe
• Let it seat fot 24 hours
• Pour the coffe through a filter
