Serena Harkey is the Wine and Spirits Director of Vine Hospitality. “43 Reasons” is named for the 43 different ingredients in Licor 43 and having at least 43 reasons to get out of bed in the morning.

Ingredients

• 44 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 30 Ml. Shot of espresso
• 15 Ml. Honey simple syrup
• 30 Ml. 1 Egg white

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Dry shake all ingredients for egg white to foam
• Add ice and shake vigorously
• Strain into martini glass
• Garnish with dried orange wheel

• Pull one shot of espresso
