Ingredients

• 50 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 30 Ml. Espresso
• 15 Ml. Tonka Sirup
• 1 Dashes Chocolate bitters
• 6 Drops Raspberrys

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Put the Fresh raspberrys in your shaker and muddel them
• Pour all the other ingeidiens in there
• Shake Hard with big Cubes
• Finestrain in your Frozen Coupé
• Garnish With some fresh raspberrys
• Enjoy

• Coffee used: Cafe Intencion Espresso Intensivo
• Method of extraction: Espresso
• Gr. Of dry coffee used: 20gr
• Gr. Of liquid produced: 30 ml
• Water temperature: 90-95ºC
• Extraction time: 25-30 seconds
