Cocktail Inspiration
Born and raised in Italy I spend 12 summer holidays in Spain where I fell in love with Licor43 on the night of Barcelona e Valencia. My favorite traditional cocktails is Negroni and as Italian I have coffee in my DNA The inspiration for this cocktails came from the view to craft an elevated elixir able to describe this two beautiful Country full of flavors and creativity A trip between through tradition, feelings and memories
Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 30 Ml. Italian Bitter
- 30 Ml. Espresso Brewed Red Vermouth
- 1 Ml. 3 drops chocolate mole bitter
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Fill a mixing glass with ice
- Fill the mixing glass with all the ingredient and stir gently until cold
- Strain in a Rock Glass with big rock
- Garnish with Vanilla Stick and White Chocolate
Coffee Preparation
- Fill an Italian Moka Machine boiler with Red Vermouth
- Fill the Italian Moka Machine filter with coffee pounder ( 15 gr of coffee for 150 gr of Red Vermouth )
- The perfect coffee must be a blend of 70 percent Robusta and 30 percent Arabica
- Brew the Espresso in a stove making sure to turn of te flame as soon the Red Vermouth is boiling
