Naming drinks is always a difficult thing for me. How do I put a name on a moment of creativity? I suppose it’s worth the try.

Cocktail Inspiration

Carajillo

Ingredients

• 60 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 60 Ml. Egg whites
• 15 Ml. Cold brew (maven coffee co if the brand I used)
• 4 Dashes Bitter truth lemon bitters

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Pour all ingredients into shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds
• Now shake with ice for about 20 seconds
• Strain into a chilled coupe glass
• Garnish with a short lemon twist, express oils into drink and rub on rim

Coffee Preparation

• 15 ml of Cold brew maven coffee co if the brand I used)
