Cocktail Inspiration
a play on the traditional carajillo
Ingredients
- 22 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 2 Oz. espresso
- 15 Ml. pistachio liqueur
- 15 Ml. Appleton Jamaican Dark Rum
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker
- Add 1 scoop of ice and shake hard for about 12 seconds
- Dirty dump into a large snifter
- Grate fresh lemon zest over top
Coffee Preparation
- Pull a 2 oz espresso
