Cocktail Inspiration

Ingredients

• 22 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 2 Oz. espresso
• 15 Ml. pistachio liqueur
• 15 Ml. Appleton Jamaican Dark Rum

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Combine all ingredients in a shaker
• Add 1 scoop of ice and shake hard for about 12 seconds
• Dirty dump into a large snifter
• Grate fresh lemon zest over top

Coffee Preparation

• Pull a 2 oz espresso
