The coffee arrived in Canary islands around 1788 whith the setting of the Botanical garden from la Orotava And then to Agaete Gran Canarias. This cocktail is a tribute to that great storie.

Ingredients

  • 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 45 Ml. Agaete coffee grain espresso
  • 10 Ml. Almond sirup
  • 2 Drops Cinamon powder
  • 1 Dashes Orange blossom water
  • 1 Drops Bitter Orange jam
  • 3 Ml. Lemon peel

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Shake all the ingredients in a shaker
  • Poor the result in a previously chilled glass
  • Decorate whith meringue and Orange peel candy

  • Classic espresso
