The coffee arrived in Canary islands around 1788 whith the setting of the Botanical garden from la Orotava And then to Agaete Gran Canarias. This cocktail is a tribute to that great storie.
Ingredients
- 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 45 Ml. Agaete coffee grain espresso
- 10 Ml. Almond sirup
- 2 Drops Cinamon powder
- 1 Dashes Orange blossom water
- 1 Drops Bitter Orange jam
- 3 Ml. Lemon peel
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Shake all the ingredients in a shaker
- Poor the result in a previously chilled glass
- Decorate whith meringue and Orange peel candy
