Cocktail Inspiration

When combined with coffee, Licor 43 takes the drink to a new level. The bitterness of the coffee finds balance in the sweetness of the liqueur, providing a rich and full-bodied experience. Seeking the versatility of Licor 43, creating a drink that combines date vinegar and strawberry liqueur is a surprising and delicious choice. Date vinegar brings a smooth acidity and a caramelized touch, complementing the complex flavor of Licor 43, while strawberry liqueur adds a fruity and sweet note. For an extra dimension of flavor, the inclusion of Green Chartreuse herbal liqueur adds depth and an herbal touch, further enhancing the complexity of the cocktail. Adding brandy to the composition provides an additional layer of richness and heat, intensifying the flavors and offering a more robust body to the drink. Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 20 Ml. strawberry liqueur
  • 7 Ml. date condiment
  • 20 Ml. Brandy
  • 7 Ml. Green chartreause
  • 25 Ml. Catuai Yellow and Red Blend espresso, medium roast

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake well to get the foam to the top, and strain into a chilled glass. Decorate by placing a strawberry and date stick on the drink
