I have been in the area for 16 years and learned a little about Mexican history working in a restaurant that looked more like a Mexican museum in Salvador. Inspiration for my good work to this day.

Cocktail Inspiration

Ingredients

  • 60 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. anise and hibiscus
  • 30 Ml. Honey
  • 50 Ml. Acerola juice
  • 50 Ml. Espresso
  • 150 Ml. Ice

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Blend the anise and hibiscus with 10 ml of liqueur 43
  • Add the honey and 50 ml of liqueur 43, stir until the honey dissolves
  • Prepare espresso and separate 50ml for the drinkup with the remaining ingredients, leaving the coffee for last,mix everything using the ballerina , serve. acerola and anise garnish.
