Cocktail Inspiration

This drink was made to enjoy every sip with family or friends. Served in a generous pitcher, the A&F 43 invites everyone to gather around, sharing laughter, stories, and special moments. Inspired by the 'Taste Better Together' campaign of 43, and with the idea of a Clericot in mind, I thought: why not create something long-lasting, easy, and that doesn't require so much time to prepare.

Ingredients

• 80 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 40 Ml. Whisky
• 105 Ml. Coffee with cardamom
• 150 Ml. Prosecco

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Fill the pitcher with ice.
• Place sliced green apple and orange in the pitcher
• Pour espresso with cardamom into the pitcher.
• Pour Licor 43 and whiskey into the pitcher.
• Top up with prosecco and gently stir.

Coffee Preparation

• Weigh 18 grams of ground Catuaí coffee for espresso.
• Tamp it with the tamper to ensure even distribution of the powder.
• Extract a double shot of espresso.
• Crush 2 grams of cardamom seeds.
• Mix the powdered seeds with the espresso.
