The inspiration of my drink was for one Dick Bradsell’s Espresso Martini and the infamous mexican carajillo. I wanted to blend those drinks into one and make an mexican version of an espresso martini.

Ingredients

• 20 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 40 Ml. Patrón Tequila Silver
• 50 Ml. freshly brewed Espresso
• 10 Ml. Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueuer
• 1 Dashes Tajín

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Shake all ingredients except the tajín in a tin tin shaker and shake it with ice
• Double strain it into a Nick and Nora Glass
• Add a pinch of tajín on top

Coffee Preparation

• Freshly grind Passalacqua Mehari Espresso - 55 percent arabica - 45 percent robusta
• Get an espresso with a portafilter
