Cocktail Inspiration
Traditional carajillo but make it spicy
Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 15 Ml. Montelobos espadin joven (mezcal)
- 15 Ml. Ancho Reyes verde
- 5 Dashes Chocolate mole bitters
- 52 Ml. Fresh espresso
- 15 Ml. Home made mole whip cream (optional)
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Chill glass
- Add all ingredients to shaker
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
- Pour into glass (ice optional for this variation)
- Flame citrus expression and serve
Coffee Preparation
- Brew 2 shots of fresh espresso using espresso machine
