Cocktail Inspiration

Traditional carajillo but make it spicy

Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 15 Ml. Montelobos espadin joven (mezcal)
  • 15 Ml. Ancho Reyes verde
  • 5 Dashes Chocolate mole bitters
  • 52 Ml. Fresh espresso
  • 15 Ml. Home made mole whip cream (optional)

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Chill glass
  • Add all ingredients to shaker
  • Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
  • Pour into glass (ice optional for this variation)
  • Flame citrus expression and serve
Coffee Preparation
  • Brew 2 shots of fresh espresso using espresso machine
