Cocktail Inspiration

Aromas and flavors from Colombia

Ingredients

  • 15 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 20 Ml. Coconut infused mezcal
  • 2 Ml. Orange bitters
  • 1 Ml. Cherry chocolate bitters

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add all the ingredients to a mixers glass
  • Filled up with ice
  • Stir for about 40 seconds
  • Strain in to a rock as glass
  • Garnish with 3 espresso beans
Coffee Preparation
  • In a container infused 1 btl of licor 43 with 40 espresso beans for 24 hours
  • Strain the infusion
