As a lover of espresso martinis, I really wanted to make a good coffee cocktail. My goal was to create a unique blend of different elements I love.


  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 45 Ml. Uncle nearest 1884
  • 1 Drops Vecchio amaro del capo
  • 45 Ml. Cold brew coffee
  • 30 Ml. Chai tea concentrate
  • 3 Dashes Black walnut bitters


Cocktail Preparation
  • Pour all liquor and mixers into 28oz boston shaker
  • Drop in 3 dashes of bitters into same strainer
  • In a 18oz boston shaker fill half way with ice
  • Dump ice into larger shaker and seal shakers together
  • Shake 15-30 times hard and fast
  • Dump into highball glass
  • Serve and enjoy
Coffee Preparation
  • In a 12oz mason jar fill with 10oz of cold water
  • In a cheesecloth or spice bag put 2oz of ground coffee
  • Put bag of ground coffee into mason jar filled with water
  • Stir a few times to make sure bag is fully immersed
  • Store in fridge for 12-18hrs
  • Take out of fridge and remove ground coffee bag
  • Place a mesh strainer that fits over empty mason jar
  • Strain freshly made cold brew over new jar to catch any ground coffee bites that may have escaped bag it was in
  • Once completely strained it is now ready to use
