“Andean Sunrise” is a fusion of authentic Colombian flavors, created by bartender Will Bolaño. Its name is inspired by the Andean sunrise, where nature and culture merge in a spectacular show.

Ingredients

• 60 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 1 Dashes Campari
• 35 Ml. Café
• 45 Ml. Uchuva

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Crush the Cape gooseberries with a dash of Campari.
• Add all ingredients to a shaker with 100 grams of ice, shake.
• Double strain
• Serve
