  • 25 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 35 Ml. Grey Goose L'Orange
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Aromatic
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Orange
  • 80 Ml. Cold Brew


Cocktail Preparation
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker
  • Lock the cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds
  • Put ice in a collins glass
  • Pour the cocktail into the glass by double straining
  • Garnish the cocktail with a fresh coffee leaf and a slice of dried orange
Coffee Preparation
  • Weigh 50g amazonica robusta coffee
  • Grind the grains to medium weight
  • Place the ground coffee in a french press
  • Add 500ml of water at the temperature of 20 celcius degrees
  • Close the french press and press the plunger until the coffee is below the surface of the water
  • Leave it in the fridge for 12 hours
  • After this period, remove from the refrigerator, press the plunger until the end and transfer to a sanitized container
