- 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 15 Ml. PX sherry
- 45 Ml. agricole rhum
- 38 Ml. espresso
- 4 Dashes fee foam
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- 21.0 g espresso
- 36 second extraction with 38 g extraction yield
Coffee Preparation
- Espresso into chilled punch glass
- Alcohol ingredients and fee foam into shaker tin
- Blend tin with quarter cup pebble ice with stick blender or hamilton beach blender
- Pour into espresso and serve
