Ingredients

  • 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 15 Ml. PX sherry
  • 45 Ml. agricole rhum
  • 38 Ml. espresso
  • 4 Dashes fee foam

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • 21.0 g espresso
  • 36 second extraction with 38 g extraction yield
Coffee Preparation
  • Espresso into chilled punch glass
  • Alcohol ingredients and fee foam into shaker tin
  • Blend tin with quarter cup pebble ice with stick blender or hamilton beach blender
  • Pour into espresso and serve
