Ingredients

• 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 30 Ml. Juice Orange with Cardamom seeds
• 30 Ml. Colombian coffee
• 100 Ml. Milk foam

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Grind with a pestle three cardamom seeds with the orange juice
• Strain the orange juice with the cardamom seeds and add Liquor 43
• Beat the milk in the creamer
• Extracting coffee in an Italian espresso machine
• Then assemble in the following order in the bowl.
• Orange juice with cardamom and liquor 43, pour the already cremated milk over and finish with the coffee.

Coffee Preparation

• Light roast Colombian coffee.
• Espresso.
