Angel ligera

By MARKUS KUKKUR

I’m an aspiring Bartender, trying to make the bars i work at more wasteless. The cocktail is a little piece of my love for light coffee and desert drinks.

Cocktail Inspiration

One day me and my bar manager were making a new cocktail menu, then came up the tipical talk about Espresso martinis I recomended we do something similar with cold brew, we didn't think we could make anything that would please the crowds like a classic espresso martini. A few days of fiddling and tweaking i came up with a low ABV and low Caffine cocktail with greate vanilla-,cinnamon-,bitter notes. And the name Angel ligera (Light Angle) comes from the Zamora family as diego zamora's brother is named Angle and Ligera meaning light comes from the low ABV and Caffine.
