Cocktail Inspiration

Lychees with a hint of vanilla and Sunsets

Ingredients

• 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 60 Ml. Vodka
• 30 Ml. Lychee Juice
• 30 Ml. Pear Puree (Perfect Puree will be the best)
• 30 Ml. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 15 Ml. Simple Syrup
• 2 Drops Boston bitters (by Bittermens)

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Combine all ingredients in the shaker
• Add ice
• Shake well
• Double strain into a wine glass or similar glassware
• Garnish with pear wedges, lychee berry(optional), dehydrated lemon wheel

Coffee Preparation

• Im submitting only the cocktail, there is no coffee in it
