Cocktail Inspiration

Greek mythology


  • 23 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. Aquafaba
  • 30 Ml. Milk
  • 23 Ml. Cherry syrup
  • 15 Ml. French Press Coffee


Cocktail Preparation
  • In the Cobbler shaker, add ice, Licor 43 Original, cherry syrup, coffee and aquafaba.
  • Shake tightly and strain with mesh strainer to another shaker.
  • In the new shaker, add milk and dry shake 15 times, opening the shaker every 5 times to add air to the cocktail.
  • Using the cobbler shaker strainer and mesh strainer, serve in a previously cooled coupe cup.
  • Garnish with cinnamon stick and star anise.
Coffee Preparation
  • Warm the french press with hot water and empty it before adding the coffee.
  • Add 20 g of ground coffee to the french press.
  • Pour 180 ml of boiling water into the press, this way you'll get a double coffee.
  • Place the lid without lowering the plunger of the French press for 4 minutes.
  • When the 4 minutes are passed, slowly press the plunger to the bottom.
  • Pour the prepared coffee into another container to interrupt contact with the ground coffee.
