Ingredients

• 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 20 Ml. Almond syrup
• 120 Ml. sparkling water
• 50 Ml. Coffee

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Put ice in a long glass
• Add almond syrup
• Add liqueur 43,stir lightly
• Fill almost to the top with sparkling water
• Add coffee on top

Coffee Preparation

• 20 grams of medium roast arabic coffee in ibrik
• With 200 ml of water, heated to 72 degrees celcius
