Este coctel está inspirado en la Regata de Whitbread Round the World Race, donde un velero español llamado Licor 43 dió la vuelta al mundo en 160 dias y 2 horas.

Ingredients

• 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 30 Ml. Espresso
• 22 Ml. Jerez Tio Pepe
• 2 Dashes Bitter de cocoa

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Add all the ingredients in a shaker
• Shake to add dilution
• Double strain it in a tea cup
• Garnish with cacao dust and a lemon peel

Coffee Preparation

• Moler 20grs de cafe arabica
• Compactar con el maneral
• Colocar el maneral en la cafetera
• Servir durante 20 segundos aprox
