Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 60 Ml. Coldbrew
  • 30 Ml. Jerez amontillado
  • 29 Ml. Vermouth dry

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add all cold ingredients to a mixing glass
  • Pour into a siphon, and inject two charges of co2
  • Cool, serve and decorate
Coffee Preparation
  • Make a coarse grind of the selected coffee, soak 80 g in a liter of water in cold. for 48 hours.
  • Filter and keep cold.
