Hi im Michael from hiltondiagonalmar purobeach, im always looking how to Convert the mango pie in cocktails but using sustainability ways. The coffee and mango turn to caviar and craker ..

Ingredients

  • 40 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 20 Ml. Saccharum coffee
  • 30 Ml. Natural mango juice
  • 10 Ml. Caramel liquor syrup

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Prepared the glass type Wine in to the frige or un the cooler ..more chill the glass much better
  • Put all the ingredients cocktail glass or Boston with the correct measurement
  • Add ice cube and shake It well ,you got it
  • Get the glass chill and put one clear ice cube, directly the mix to glass
  • The garnish,get the mango craker put it on the top of the ice,, ready
  • And the top of Mango crakers you have to put the coffee caviar and Mango caviar,,now serve It and enjoy
Coffee Preparation
  • To the coffee i used expresso machine lavazza ,
  • I prepared the expresso 40ml. And converted to caviar and the rest of coffee meat i used to make saccharum coffee
  • Get a high glass and put 250 ml. Cooking oil put it in the cooler frige in 30min. To make the coffee caviar 40ml. Café expresso,250ml. Of Water ,8grs. Of Agar-agar put it all in cooking pot in slow fire and stir well 10min. ,dont boil the prepared ,but makes sure everything is diluted
  • Now the technic to made the caviar we have to use syringe and drop It slowy in the chill cooking oil ,wait 1min. Separate It using a strainer
  • About the mango caviar IS the same way how to prepared the coffee caviar
  • And the mango craker using the mango recycled ,1spoon wheat flour ,150ml.water,100ml.cooking oil stir allí ,Heat the fray pan ,make your d sign crakers corrals,
