Cocktail Inspiration
Inspired by a dessert called tiramisú
Ingredients
- 60 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 30 Ml. Tonka bean infusión
- 60 Ml. Cold brew (immersion)
- 5 Drops Orange bitter
- 15 Ml. Rum
- 45 Ml. Mead
- 90 Ml. Soda
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Add all the ingredients in a shaker
- Shake well with ice
- Strain into a long glass with a stick ice
- Top with soda and garnish It with a dice of cheese and cherry
Coffee Preparation
- In a vacuum bag add coffe and 1 litre of water
- Let the coffee be immersed for 2 days
- Strain and store
