Cocktail Inspiration

Inspired by a dessert called tiramisú

Ingredients

  • 60 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. Tonka bean infusión
  • 60 Ml. Cold brew (immersion)
  • 5 Drops Orange bitter
  • 15 Ml. Rum
  • 45 Ml. Mead
  • 90 Ml. Soda

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add all the ingredients in a shaker
  • Shake well with ice
  • Strain into a long glass with a stick ice
  • Top with soda and garnish It with a dice of cheese and cherry
Coffee Preparation
  • In a vacuum bag add coffe and 1 litre of water
  • Let the coffee be immersed for 2 days
  • Strain and store
