Enjoy this creamy and spicy experiece.

Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 20 Ml. Coconut cream
  • 60 Ml. Cold brrew
  • 30 Ml. Caramelized banana pure
  • 1 Dashes Nutmeg bitter

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Make a bitter using 100 ml of brandy and 2 grams of nutmeg. Store it at least 24 hours.
  • Cut one ripe banana and caramelized it in a pan, process it.
  • In a shaker add banana pure, cold brew, coconut cream, licor 43 and nutmeg bitter, add 2 ice cubes.
  • Shake it vigoruosly.
  • Make a double strained and serve it in a cold champagne glass.
  • Add a garniture made with a little piece of toast banana bread, caramelized banana and a nutmeg sprinkle
Coffee Preparation
  • Mix 200 ml of water and 20 grams of fine grind coffee
  • Infuse it for 12 hours in the fridge
  • Filter with paper filter
