Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 20 Ml. Coconut cream
- 60 Ml. Cold brrew
- 30 Ml. Caramelized banana pure
- 1 Dashes Nutmeg bitter
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Make a bitter using 100 ml of brandy and 2 grams of nutmeg. Store it at least 24 hours.
- Cut one ripe banana and caramelized it in a pan, process it.
- In a shaker add banana pure, cold brew, coconut cream, licor 43 and nutmeg bitter, add 2 ice cubes.
- Shake it vigoruosly.
- Make a double strained and serve it in a cold champagne glass.
- Add a garniture made with a little piece of toast banana bread, caramelized banana and a nutmeg sprinkle
Coffee Preparation
- Mix 200 ml of water and 20 grams of fine grind coffee
- Infuse it for 12 hours in the fridge
- Filter with paper filter
