When i think about hospatility a specific szene from the Movie „beauty and the beast“ always comes in my mind. The highest goal at my bar is to make guests happy and feeling comfortable.

Ingredients

• 40 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 30 Ml. Mozart Chocolate Spirit
• 10 Ml. Bitter Truth Pimento Dram
• 40 Ml. Cold Brew
• 20 Ml. Oloroso Sherry
• 2 Dashes Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Biters
• 2 Dashes Feebrothers Cranberrybitters

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Jigger all ingredients in a shaker.
• Give it a nice Shake.
• Double strain into a Tassilo Mug.
• Garnish with Mint and marshmallow.

Coffee Preparation

• Grind the coffee at the highest coarse.
• Coffee to Water 1:16 and let it Rest for 12 hours.
• After 12 hours strain the coffee through a coffee mesh.
