Cocktail Inspiration

Creamsicle

Ingredients

  • 22 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 22 Ml. Espresso
  • 22 Ml. Clairin Communal Rum
  • 14 Ml. Montenegro Amaro
  • 2 Dashes Saline
  • 3 Drops Orange Peel

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Brew one shot of espresso
  • Add espresso, Licor 43, Montenegro, Clairin Rum and two orange peels to a shaker tin
  • Shake vigorously with a few ice cubes to create a nice froth and a slight dilltion
  • Double strain over a large rock in a rocks glass
  • Express and discard a third orange peel over the cocktail
  • Drink :)
