Cocktail Inspiration

My inspiration is coffee and everything magical that lies behind each coffee bean I was inspired by my family who produce coffee my friends my colleagues and everyone who made me fall in love more and more with this beautiful art

Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 45 Ml. Cold brew
  • 22 Ml. Brandy
  • 30 Ml. Vino blando
  • 6 Drops Semillas de cardamomo 6 unidades

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Put 6 seed of cardamom and muddle in the shaker.
  • Add 45ml of licor 43, 30 ml of White wine, 22.5 of brandy, 45 ml of Cold brew.
  • Put all the ingredients in the shaker with ice and shake strongly for 12 seconds.
  • Serve the mix with a doble strained in a cupè cup, previously iced.
  • Situate the decoration on top (tuile maked with the leftover that came from the cold brew to spend the most of the resources and generate less waste with the ingredients, helping then to the world susteinability.
Coffee Preparation
  • Method: Cold brew (inmertion) I used a washed chiroso washed 24h and a natural castillo anaerobic 96h natural drying blend wich give me florals and yelow fruit flavours. You can use any other coffe that share this characteristics . Medium coarse grind Ratio: 1.5 Inmersion time 27 hour. Pass through a papper filter
