Cocktail Inspiration

My wife's love for biscotti's with her coffee

Ingredients

• 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 1 Oz. Faretti Biscotti
• 1 Oz. Mr black
• 45 Ml. Espresso
• 15 Ml. Oat or almond milk
• 2 Drops Saline solution
• 15 Ml. Egg white

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Add all ingredients into boston shaker
• Dry shake
• Add ice to shaker and shake again
• Double strain into chilled glass.
• Garnish with biscotti dust and orange zest.
• Enjoy with friends and family

Coffee Preparation

• Pull 1.25 oz of medium dark roast espresso
