Hello! My name is Gigi and I’ve been bartending for 20 years. I’ve always wanted to do a cocktail challenge and I love Licor 43 so it was perfect!

Cocktail Inspiration

The Vanilla notes of the Licor reminds me of cookies

Ingredients

  • 22 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 45 Ml. Vodka
  • 15 Ml. Faretti Biscotti
  • 30 Ml. Espresso
  • 60 Ml. Heavy cream
  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 1 Oz. Crushed Biscotti

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Mix the heavy cream and Licor together and shake or hand whisk. Set aside.
  • Add Vodka, Licor 43, espresso, and Biscotti liqueur together in mixing glass. Stir until chilled.
  • Double strain into chilled Coupe glass
  • Layer prepared cream on top
  • Sprinkle biscotti on top of cream
  • Enjoy
Coffee Preparation
  • Tamp 10ml of fine dry espresso grounds
  • Extract for 25 seconds
