Hello! My name is Gigi and I’ve been bartending for 20 years. I’ve always wanted to do a cocktail challenge and I love Licor 43 so it was perfect!
Cocktail Inspiration
The Vanilla notes of the Licor reminds me of cookies
Ingredients
- 22 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 45 Ml. Vodka
- 15 Ml. Faretti Biscotti
- 30 Ml. Espresso
- 60 Ml. Heavy cream
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 1 Oz. Crushed Biscotti
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Mix the heavy cream and Licor together and shake or hand whisk. Set aside.
- Add Vodka, Licor 43, espresso, and Biscotti liqueur together in mixing glass. Stir until chilled.
- Double strain into chilled Coupe glass
- Layer prepared cream on top
- Sprinkle biscotti on top of cream
- Enjoy
Coffee Preparation
- Tamp 10ml of fine dry espresso grounds
- Extract for 25 seconds
