Ingredients

• 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 15 Ml. Blanco tequila
• 8 Ml. Mezcal
• 30 Ml. Espresso coffee
• 45 Ml. Orange juice
• 8 Ml. Banana Eau de vie
• 4 Ml. Walnut liqueur

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Pour all the ingredients into the shaker
• Add lots of cubed ice
• Shake well
• Fine strain into the glass
• Garnish with Banana Chip

Coffee Preparation

• Coffee used: 100 percent Colombian
• Method of extraction: Espresso
• Gr. Of dry coffee used: 20gr
• Gr. Of liquid produced: 30ml
• Water temperature: 90-95ºC
• Extraction time: 25 seconds
