Blackberry Cold Brew Martini

Espresso Martini
Ingredients
- 22 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 22 Ml. Cognac
- 15 Ml. Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur
- 30 Ml. Blackberry infused cold brew
- 7 Ml. Blackberry simple syrup
- 1 Ml. Lemon swath
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Add all liquid ingredients into a shaking tin.
- Express oils from the lemon swath into the tin and discard.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled.
- Fine strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
- Express the oils from a lemon swath over the top of the cocktail.
- Garnish with powder of freeze dried blackberries and a lemon swath.
- To make blackberry simple add one part water. One part blackberries by weight. Three fourth parts granulated sugar.
- Simmer to dissolve sugar and let sit until cooled.
Coffee Preparation
- Cold brew (immersion method)
- 1 part ground coffee
- 4 parts chopped fresh or frozen blackberries
- 8 parts filtered water
- Infuse in the refrigerator in a covered container for 18-24 hours.
