Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 22 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 22 Ml. Cognac
  • 15 Ml. Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur
  • 30 Ml. Blackberry infused cold brew
  • 7 Ml. Blackberry simple syrup
  • 1 Ml. Lemon swath

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add all liquid ingredients into a shaking tin.
  • Express oils from the lemon swath into the tin and discard.
  • Add ice and shake until well chilled.
  • Fine strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
  • Express the oils from a lemon swath over the top of the cocktail.
  • Garnish with powder of freeze dried blackberries and a lemon swath.
  • To make blackberry simple add one part water. One part blackberries by weight. Three fourth parts granulated sugar.
  • Simmer to dissolve sugar and let sit until cooled.
Coffee Preparation
  • Cold brew (immersion method)
  • 1 part ground coffee
  • 4 parts chopped fresh or frozen blackberries
  • 8 parts filtered water
  • Infuse in the refrigerator in a covered container for 18-24 hours.
