Cocktail Inspiration

Finding a balance of noncompetitive flavors resulting in a drink that is enjoyable for anyone

Ingredients

  • 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 60 Ml. Old Elk Wheated Bourbon
  • 30 Ml. Bodhi Leaf Coffee Traders Cold Brew
  • 7 Ml. Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur
  • 3 Dashes El Guapo Chicory and Pecan Bitters
  • 1 Dashes Angostura Cocoa Bitters

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Prepare your cold brew.
  • Rim half of a coupe glass, using a 1:2 ratio of espresso powder and sugar.
  • In a boston shaker add all ingredients as well as roughly 1 cup of ice.
  • Shake for 20 seconds.
  • Strain into glass using a hawthorne strainer.
  • Optional- top with a coffee aroma filled bubble.
Coffee Preparation
  • I used a 1:3 ratio of grounds:water and allowed it to sit at room temperature for 18 hours.
