I work two jobs, both having to do with making “sippy dranks.” I make people’s morning coffee and pour their wine to go to sleep at night.
Cocktail Inspiration
Lavender Latte at Starbucks
Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 30 Ml. Espresso
- 30 Ml. Van Gogh Double Espresso
- 15 Ml. Van Gogh Vanilla
- 45 Ml. Heavy Cream (For Foam)
- 15 Ml. Creme De Violette (For Foam)
- 15 Ml. 1883 Masion Routin Lavender Syrup (For Foam)
- 3 Dashes Lavender Bitters
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- In mixing glass combine Licor 43, Van Gogh Double Espresso and Vanilla, espresso shot, and lavender bitters. - stir with ice until chilled.
- Strain and pour liquid over ice into rocks glass
- In shaker combine Crème De Violette, Lavender Syrup, and Heavy Cream - shake until wrinkles form
- Top off rocks glass with foam (should float)
- Garnish with torn apart lavender flowers (aroma)
Coffee Preparation
- Espresso shot (we use nepresso beans, but truly any dark blend will do)
