I work two jobs, both having to do with making “sippy dranks.” I make people’s morning coffee and pour their wine to go to sleep at night.

Cocktail Inspiration

Lavender Latte at Starbucks

Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. Espresso
  • 30 Ml. Van Gogh Double Espresso
  • 15 Ml. Van Gogh Vanilla
  • 45 Ml. Heavy Cream (For Foam)
  • 15 Ml. Creme De Violette (For Foam)
  • 15 Ml. 1883 Masion Routin Lavender Syrup (For Foam)
  • 3 Dashes Lavender Bitters

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • In mixing glass combine Licor 43, Van Gogh Double Espresso and Vanilla, espresso shot, and lavender bitters. - stir with ice until chilled.
  • Strain and pour liquid over ice into rocks glass
  • In shaker combine Crème De Violette, Lavender Syrup, and Heavy Cream - shake until wrinkles form
  • Top off rocks glass with foam (should float)
  • Garnish with torn apart lavender flowers (aroma)
Coffee Preparation
  • Espresso shot (we use nepresso beans, but truly any dark blend will do)
