As a seasoned cocktail bartender with 10+ years behind the pine, this cocktail is a love letter to the hospitality industry and the pursuit of experimentation for our guests’ enjoyment.

Cocktail Inspiration

A play on the Espresso Martini and Carajillo; because we all know breakfast tastes better with tequila.

Ingredients

  • 20 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 45 Ml. Coffee
  • 90 Ml. Reposado Tequila
  • 1 Dashes Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitters
  • 10 Ml. Maple Syrup
  • 1 Drops Whole Egg

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Combine all ingredients in shaker tin. Dry shake without ice.
  • Add ice and shake again.
  • Double strain into chilled coupe glass.
  • Garnish with 3 espresso beans.
Coffee Preparation
  • French press medium roast coffee grounds.
