Cocktail Inspiration
A play on the Espresso Martini and Carajillo; because we all know breakfast tastes better with tequila.
Ingredients
- 20 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 45 Ml. Coffee
- 90 Ml. Reposado Tequila
- 1 Dashes Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitters
- 10 Ml. Maple Syrup
- 1 Drops Whole Egg
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in shaker tin. Dry shake without ice.
- Add ice and shake again.
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with 3 espresso beans.
Coffee Preparation
- French press medium roast coffee grounds.
