Ingredients

• 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 50 Ml. Expresso
• 30 Ml. Fresh Pineapple Juice
• 10 Ml. Borriello Olive oil
• 35 Ml. Gin
• 7 Dashes Fernet Branca

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Pour all the ingredients into cocktail shaker
• Mix the cocktail by throwing method
• Pour over into a chilled dry martini glass
• For garnish, add a dhydrated pineapple and a coffee bean

Coffee Preparation

• For the coffee, use a light roasted bean with yellow fruits notes ( arara varietal, sprouting process, high complexity)
• Use 16g of coffee beans for 50ml of expresso
• Extract the coffe in a expresso machine, using fine grind
