Cocktail Inspiration
Espresso Tonic
Ingredients
- 15 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 70 Ml. Cold Brew Coffe
- 20 Ml. Passion Fruit Juice
- 10 Ml. White seleta cachaca
- 10 Ml. Honey Syrup
- 30 Ml. Tonic Water
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Chill a double american glass or long drink
- Mix honey syrup, passion fruit juice, licor 43, cold brew and cachaca
- Stir for 10 seconds with ice
- Fill the glass with tonic water
- Garnish with lemon slice
Coffee Preparation
- Cold Brew
- Coarse grinded coffe bean
- 1 part of coffee 10 parts of cold water
- 90g of coffe to 900 ml of cold water
- Soak for 20 hours in refrigerator
- Strain to a bottle
- Filter on paper coffee filter
- Store in refrigerator
