Cocktail Inspiration

Espresso Tonic

Ingredients

  • 15 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 70 Ml. Cold Brew Coffe
  • 20 Ml. Passion Fruit Juice
  • 10 Ml. White seleta cachaca
  • 10 Ml. Honey Syrup
  • 30 Ml. Tonic Water

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Chill a double american glass or long drink
  • Mix honey syrup, passion fruit juice, licor 43, cold brew and cachaca
  • Stir for 10 seconds with ice
  • Fill the glass with tonic water
  • Garnish with lemon slice
Coffee Preparation
  • Cold Brew
  • Coarse grinded coffe bean
  • 1 part of coffee 10 parts of cold water
  • 90g of coffe to 900 ml of cold water
  • Soak for 20 hours in refrigerator
  • Strain to a bottle
  • Filter on paper coffee filter
  • Store in refrigerator
