BWANA comes from the Swahili African language, meaning “master, boss”.
Bwana cocktail was elaborated for all sorts of masters, be them house heads, work leaders or bosses of their own lifes.

Ingredients

• 25 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 30 Ml. Rum Zacapa Xo
• 30 Ml. Cold Brew
• 25 Ml. Bourbon Whisky
• 10 Ml. Simple Syrup
• 3 Ml. Lactic Acid

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Lactic Acid solution: 10g of lactic acid powder and 100ml of water
• Shake all ingredients with ice for 8s
• Fine strain into a iced-filled old fashioned glass

Coffee Preparation

• 60g coffee 4BEANS catuaí vermelho fermented for 100ml filtered water
• Let the coffee immersion at water for 12 hours in the fridge
• Then strain through a paper filter
