Irish Coffee and mini beer shots

Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 15 Ml. Chocolate Liqueur
  • 15 Ml. Creme Liqueur
  • 60 Ml. Pour over coffee
  • 30 Ml. Heavy whipping cream
  • 10 Ml. Pour over coffee
  • 5 Ml. Licor 43
  • 2 Ml. Cocoa bitter
  • 5 Ml. simple syrup

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • In a mixing glass, whip together the whipping cream with 10ml pour over coffee and 5 ml licor 43 and the simple syrup. Whip till you get a soft peak
  • In a shaker, add ice with 30ml licor 43, chocolate and creme liqueur and 60ml pour over coffee. Shake for 20 seconds
  • Strain in a coupe glass
  • Garnish with 3 coffee beans and perfume with cocoa bitters
