Cocktail Inspiration
My usual shift drink but elevated with mixology which combines perfectly by between Licor43 and Coffee
Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 60 Ml. Blended Scotch Whisky
- 22 Ml. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15 Ml. Cinnamon Syrup
- 60 Ml. Dark Roast Espresso
- 60 Ml. Heavy Cream
- 2 Dashes Coffee Bitters
- 2 Dashes Lavender Bitters
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Pour every ingredient accordingly to the ratios into a mixing glass
- Filter the mix through a coffee filter where you get a clarified batch.
- Stir the clarified batch to incorporate.
- Pour into a rock glass with a large cube.
- Top with Nitro Licor43 foam.
- Garnish with a coffee bean and Cinnamon powder.
Coffee Preparation
- Grind Dark Roast beans.
- Measure the ground beans at 18grams.
- Pull a shot with an Espresso machine.
