Cocktail Inspiration

My usual shift drink but elevated with mixology which combines perfectly by between Licor43 and Coffee

Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 60 Ml. Blended Scotch Whisky
  • 22 Ml. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15 Ml. Cinnamon Syrup
  • 60 Ml. Dark Roast Espresso
  • 60 Ml. Heavy Cream
  • 2 Dashes Coffee Bitters
  • 2 Dashes Lavender Bitters

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Pour every ingredient accordingly to the ratios into a mixing glass
  • Filter the mix through a coffee filter where you get a clarified batch.
  • Stir the clarified batch to incorporate.
  • Pour into a rock glass with a large cube.
  • Top with Nitro Licor43 foam.
  • Garnish with a coffee bean and Cinnamon powder.
Coffee Preparation
  • Grind Dark Roast beans.
  • Measure the ground beans at 18grams.
  • Pull a shot with an Espresso machine.
