Cocktail Inspiration

Inspired by a favorite cold brew & lemonade drink

Ingredients

  • 25 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 15 Ml. Lemon juice
  • 60 Ml. Cold brew
  • 60 Ml. Club soda
  • 2 Dashes Lemon bitters

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add all ingredients to a gibraltar glass
  • Stir to combine
  • Add ice
  • Garnish with a lemon slice
Coffee Preparation
  • Course grind 130 grams natural process Brazilian coffee.
  • Add coffee grounds to a nut milk bag
  • Bloom coffee with 500 mL hot water, just off boil. Add another 1500 mL cold water for 2 liters total water
  • Steep in refrigerator for 22 hours
  • After 22 hours, remove bag and filter cold brew through a paper coffee filter. Store in refrigerator.
